No. We will take the stress out of creating your website and we will manage all of the technical work for you. However, if you are interested in learning how something works we have tonnes of resources available, and our support team are always happy to help.
We will require some basic information about your business, what you want to achieve from your website and some design ideas. You can draw your ideas or show us designs and/or functions of other websites you like the look of. Our friendly expert team of designers will discuss this with you in person, design ticket or over livechat at a time that suits you, to ensure we have everything we need to create your perfect website.
Yes. Our expert team of website designers includes copywriters, they will provide unique content based on your brief. We will also provide premium stock images, in addition to any images you wish to provide.
Absolutely. Although whilst it is not a requirement, we do recommend transferring your domain name to us as it makes managing your website a lot easier. It will also save you time and money by dealing with just us instead of multiple suppliers. Manage everything under one roof.
We aim to get your website online within two weeks. However, we are reliant on how quickly you provide the information and feedback we need to get started, along with the types of content and imagery you wish to use on your website. We will provide you with our own Website Design Brief which you can complete to eensure all of your ideas come to life as you want. We prefer to get your website completed right, rather than rush it.
Yes. We will optimise your website to help it rank in Google for the terms you set in your brief. These terms (keywords) will assist your potential customers in finding your website via search engines. We will also submit your website to the most popular search engines (ie. Google, Bing, and Yahoo).
This is a completely managed service, so you don’t need to make any changes yourself. It’ll usually just be a matter of getting in touch with us and we'll get the updates sorted for you. However, if you do wish to make changes manually, we do provide all the URLs, usernames and passwords you’ll need to access your site.
Of course you can! The minimum contract is 12 months, then after the service stays on a month to month rolling contract, which you can end at any time at no extra cost.
Yes this is possible, after all it’s your website. However as this is a managed service we would no longer be able to help with updating your website or answer any other support queries should you decide to move.
